Since the beginning of the first century, Jewish communities have looked to rabbis to lead and serve.聽 But recruiting and retaining successful rabbis has grown increasingly complicated due to cultural changes in America and modern Judaism. Rabbi Peretz will lead a discussion about how seminaries are striving to attract and train today鈥檚 rabbis, and why the future of the rabbinate is integral to the future of American Jews.
