State Authorizations for Distance Education
ÍõÖÐÍõÁùºÏ²ÊÌØÂë is currently authorized to operate, exempt, or not subject to state authorization approval in the following states for its distance education programs. ÍõÖÐÍõÁùºÏ²ÊÌØÂë may accept enrollment applications from prospective students residing in (located in) the states on this list.

NOTICE: ÍõÖÐÍõÁùºÏ²ÊÌØÂë cannot guarantee continued enrollment or disbursement of federal student aid funding, such as federal loans and Pell Grants, if a distance education student relocates to a state not currently on this list. A student’s loan repayment or deferment status, including other benefits, may also be impacted if a student relocates to a state in which ÍõÖÐÍõÁùºÏ²ÊÌØÂë is not authorized to offer distance education at. Students are strongly encouraged to contact Registrar Services at registraraju.edu (registrar[at]aju[dot]edu) to discuss such changes in their legal state of residence prior to actual relocation.

Admin. Code tit. 23 § 1030 (2017)).
